Chef Lior Lev Sercarz of La Boîte and olive oil expert Ido Tamir of Ptora Family Farm have partnered to create a premium quality, cold-pressed extra virgin Koroneiki olive oil. The fruity, herbaceous, medium-bodied oil combines notes of allspice and a hint of pepper with low acidity. The olives are grown in the Lakhish region of Israel known for its unique terroir, with dry, high-temperature days and very cold, dark nights.
